Description Automated immunoseparation of Zn-proteins from Staphylococcus aureus by magnetic nanoparticles followed by their electrophoretic is the aim of this paper. For isolation of cells S. aureus was used magnetic nanoparticles with specific antibodies. For electrophoretic detection of zinc binding proteins SDS-PAGE was used. For electrochemical determination measuring system Metrohm (Autosampler 813 Compact and measuring unit VA Computrace 797) was employed.
