Description There is the design of isolation and detection of influenza viruses ODN in this study. Usage of conjugated MPs and QDs-based hybridization target molecule and their application for the detection of the avian influenza virus (H5N1) is presented. For analysis of oligonucleotide labelled with Cd QDs two electrochemical methods were applied. For cadmium (Cd peak) differential pulse voltammetry was used, for oligonucleotide (CA peak) square wave voltammetry (SWV) was applied.
