| Description | Integrated Science 1–6 is a text which consists of six parts. These are: Going by Car, Household – A Small World, City and Countryside, Weather and Climate, Clothes Make a Man, Robinson Today – What to Do When… The texts are written with regard to the integration and synthesis and with the aim to support development of synthesis thinking about things around us. The examples from everyday life and from searching for relationships and connections were used as the examples for scientific synthesis. The main aim of a project team was to help teachers to think of some topic from other points of view, especially from other subject point of view, and to help teachers to prepare integrated teaching. Teachers’ texts are completed with worksheets and methodological sheets that are enclosed on the CD. Teachers can use all of the material according to their need and necessity. Every part of the Teachers’ book includes the table of cross-curriculum subjects and topics that can help teachers to use integrated topic in their teaching. |
