Description | An interview of Dr. Milena Blažková with two members of the Czech Society for Guided Affective Imagery, Dr. Robert Kulisek and associate professor Dan Pokorny, is focused on Guided Affective Imagery in terms of therapeutic practice and procesual research. They present views on commonalities and differences of the KIP from other therapeutic approaches, particularly of psychoanalysis. They explain the way of therapeutic work with object relations that emerge during the imagination. They outline the basic specifics of work with children in the KIP, there are also mentioned some reasons for the indication and contraindication of the KIP. The reader will become familiar with examples of specific procesual researches in the KIP. |
