Description The contribution deals with employment agencies and temporary work which is considered as one of the atypical forms of work. Its purpose is to analyse the international labour standards governing position of employment agencies and protection of workers performing temporary work. Particular attention is paid to International Labour Organisation standards contained in the Private Employment Agencies Convention (C181) and the Private Employment Agencies Recommendation (R188),
