| Description | The paper deals with the use of methods of spatial statistics (including spatial autocorrelation phenomena in terms of Moran’s indices) and advanced cartographic visualization of regional development and public administration as an example of municipalities with extended competencies of the Czech Republic. The monitored variables are aspects of adaptation to modern web technologies - especially SEO website optimization. In this paper we follow the creation of clusters interpreted variables; we discuss the spatial dependence framework of investigated phenomena. The research covers the basic sample of municipalities with extended competencies of the Czech Republic and provides specific outputs with the practical implications for regional policy. |
