Description | Immobilized enzyme reactors are attractive for the food and pharmaceutical industries because they provide a continuous generation of enzyme products and allow reuse of enzymes. A covalent linkage ensures the most stable binding for maximum enzyme retention and recovery, whether the enzyme is bound to a microsphere, a porous membrane, or a nonporous film. |
