| Description | This paper confronts the legal regulation of expert activities in Czech Republic and Slovakia. First are described the basic characteristics of the expert activities. Advantages and disadvantages of each method are mentioned too. Subsequently the confrontation is divided in three parts. The first part deals with the conditions for entry in register of experts. In the next part is described the role of expert institutes. In the last section is described the methods, how experts are rewarded. |
