| Description | Focusing on the office segment, the paper starts with short discussion regarding some selected theoretical aspects of the real estate market research. This part is followed by the one describing the development of the office real estate market in the city of Brno. In the concluding notes, the attention is given to the comparison of the real estate market in Praha and Brno and also to the prediction of the next office market development in the latter one. |
