| Description | Methods of the quality control of meteorological data are described and used for analysis of five selected climatological variables for four individual stations in the Czech Republic. Results obtained are then summarised for the whole Czech territory in the 1961-2009 period. Methodology of homogenisation of time series is presented starting from the definition of relative homogeneity, calculation of reference series, description of several tests of relative homogeneity and own homogenisation to filling of missing data. General procedures are completed by experience from homogenisation of climatological series in the Czech Republic, including discussion of individual steps of the whole procedure. Setting of parameters for homogenisation is shown on the example of air temperature and precipitation. Further, results of homogenisation of climatological series in the Czech Republic for the 1961-2007 period and calculation of technical series are presented. |
