| Description | Nature protection, which is considered to be a public interest, is often conflicting to development activities. The conflict of interests is usually solved by administrative decision-making. The article is aimed at possible consequences of behavior, which causes damage to nature in general, as well as to especially protected parts including Natura 2000. The liability relations are analyzed in the field of nature protection with regard to EU law. |
