Description In this case we describe a young man, who suffered highvoltage electrical injury (22 000 V) caused by moving rails with a crane standing on a high ramp at the train station and hitting high-voltage wires, followed by fall to the floor and short-term unconsciousness (2 min) with posttraumatic amnesia.
