My counseling work is based primarily on the Gestalt therapy approach. It primarily aims at developing the client's*cognition so that he*can act more freely in his life and is able to use his own inner resources to cope with challenging times. I enjoy the opportunity for authentic encounters with others - person-to-person, in which a safe and accepting environment can be created in a way that allows the client*s to look at all components of their being in the present moment.
I like to spend my free time hiking, climbing on artificial walls and rocks, reading and playing board games.
