Can I get a red diploma even if I use the non-repeat option for subjects or recognition of subjects?

Yes, you can, but with restrictions. If you take courses from another programme of study, their credit value must not exceed 1/3 of the minimum credit value of that programme. If you are requesting not to repeat courses, their credit value must not exceed 1/20 of the minimum credit value.
