Rector's scholarship programme to support students in difficult life situations

The scholarship is awarded to students who suddenly find themselves in an unfortunate, particularly difficult life situation. This scholarship is not intended for students studying in paid study programmes in a language other than Czech (self-payers). The Vice-rector for Student Affairs and External Relations will take into account the seriousness of the social and life situation of the student and the course of his/her studies.

How to apply

The application for this scholarship is submitted via the MU Information System. The application must describe in detail the student's situation – the reasons for the application. The application must also be enclosed with student's bank statements for the last three months and his/her parents' bank statements for the last three months and, if applicable, other documents proving the student's difficult life situation. The application may be submitted at any time during the academic year outside the period from 1/7 to 31/8, but no more than once per semester.
