About us

IAESTE is an international organisation with a 70-year-long  tradition of improving the professional and language skills of students and graduates. IAESTE fulfils its mission chiefly by organising international exchange programmes for university students (in the fields of engineering, science and economy) and also other projects such as the iKariera job fair and iKariera.cz employment portal focusing on students and graduates of technology schools.

IAESTE aims to enhance students' professional development on a worldwide scale, promote international understanding and goodwill amongst nations and contribute to alleviating differences between developed and developing countries.

Since a majority of IAESTE Czech Republic is made up of volunteers, the entire organization is dependent on students, their skills, enthusiasm and creativity.
