Are you just beginning your PhD journey and feeling uncertain about having all the necessary information? Or perhaps you're already in a higher year of your studies but still feel like you're navigating this path alone? We warmly invite you to the MUNI PhD Day 2024 - an event designed to equip you with essential information and support as you start and continue your PhD studies.

When: 23 September 2024, 2 - 5 pm

Where: Komenského náměstí 2, Academic Senate Room 343

Language: English

What it will be about:

• PhD as a newby (PhD research and studies in a nutshell, rights and obligations, ISP, ...)
• Doctoral student as part of the scientific community (cooperation with supervisor, stays abroad, services of other MNI units, etc.)
• PhD student as a developing young scientist (MUNI PhD Academia, building a career after the PhD, etc.).
• PhD student as a person (work-life balance and mental health, in case of crisis, etc.).
