The proposed project aims at addressing social inequality of employees with changed working abilities. On the February of 2013 we wish to organise an international conference entitled “Empower - Cooperation for Employees with Changed Working Abilities”. The findings of the research and the conference will be published in the Journal of the Labour Law and Social Security Law Department (PMJK). We wish to cover among others evaluation of the legal environment, SWOT analysis and special requirements. We will address a broad spectrum of topics: from the most pragmatic issues through awareness raising to policy proposal. The conference will be built on various pillars. We aim at combining the knowledge of different countries and stakeholders (leading experts from the academic world, policy makers, NGOs, employees, employers, helpers, as well as law students). Our purpose is to map the most problematic areas alongside with the possible solutions. Promotion of examples of good practice of the Visegrad countries (the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) as well as Croatia is our distinguished aim. We would like to gain insight into the different legal environment and projects, learn from each other and inspire more integration.
