Příprava projektu "Rethinking the European Union crisis response mechanism in light of recent conflicts"

Žádáme o finanční podporu za účelem vytvoření mezinárodního konsorcia v rámci programu Horizon 2020, které bude řešit následující témata:
1. The first aim of the project is to identify and analyse the conditions under which non-violent conflicts are transformed into armed conflicts, with a particular focus on the areas that belong to the EU priorities - post-communist area, the Middle East countries and African countries. In this part the project will feature three specific outputs:
2. The second aim of the project is to analyse the crisis response mechanisms in the EU and investigate the Union's capacity to take decisions and to respond efficiently. To do so, the following problems will be analysed:
3. The third aim of the present project is to analyse the cooperation between EU and other international bodies involved in crisis response, especially with NATO and the UN.
