The project is focused on publishing of 7 following monographs and proceedings resulting from scientific activities of the Department of Zoology and Ecology: (1) Bioindication of Global and Regional Changes in Czech and Moravian Streams, (2) Dipterologica Bohemoslovaca Vol. 8, (3) Czech and Slovak Dipterological Literature 1986-1995, (4) Hydrobiology of the Dyje River in the National Park Podyjí, (5-6) Diptera of the Pálava Biosphere Reserve of UNESCO I and II, (7) Aquatic Invertebrates of the Pálava Biosphere Reserve and their Monitoring.
