This research project aims to identify areas in which primary school teachers experience moral distress. We plan to conduct and analyze at least 30 interviews with primary school teachers and explore significant areas of moral distress using content analyses, which will create a solid theoretical background for further research – either adapting an existing questionnaire or developing a new quantitative measure sensitive to Czech school environment.
