Gender Pay Gap in Selected European Countries

The project is devoted on the wage differences between men and women in European countries. The wage differences between men and women and existence or absence of wage discrimination against women in labour market is frequently discussed topic. The aim of the project is (1) describe the existing gender wage differences in selected European countries using the common methods (Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition and its variation) and (2) identify the factors behind gender wage
differences.
