Popis | The aim of our work was to describe upper cross syndrome. It is tightness of the upper trapezius and pectoralis major and weakness of the rhomboids, middle and lower trapezius and deep neck flexors. Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS) includes forward head posture, increased cervical lordosis and thoracic kyphosis and protracted shoulders. We wanted to show that there are so many ways how to figure this out. We used the special type of exercise with elastic rope. This study will determine if exercise with elastic rope can be considered as an effective way how to treat upper cross syndrome |
