| Popis | The aim of this paper is to assess whether mergers of companies in the Czech Republic influence the value of the EBIT of merged companies in the period of three years after the merger. The effect of the merger on the value of EBIT of merged company within 3 years after the merger compared with the sum of EBIT of merging companies at the date of the merger is analyzed on the sample of 309 merged companies in the Czech Republic in the years 2001–2010. |
