Popis | Rulings of international human rights courts and quasi-judicial bodies often have far-reaching consequences beyond the individual case and regularly impinge upon domestic case-law and legislation. However, these effects depend on domestic politics. This paper conducts a single-country case study on the Czech Republic and provides a deep insight into domestic dynamics of compliance processes and shows how the attitude of particular domestic actors affects the outcomes of these processes. |
