Popis | Recent years have seen a significant expansion of interest in nanomaterials. One of the reasons for this is that nanoparticles exhibit a number of extra properties relative to bulk material. Some of these properties can be effectively used in med-icine or in electrical engineering. Nanoparticle alloys can be prepared by various physical and chemical methods. The type of preparation route can considerably influence properties of prepared nanoalloys, such as size, shape or homogeneity. For the preparation of Cu/Ni alloy nanoparticles we used two different methods of solvothermal synthesis - hot injection and continual heating. Ni(acac)2 and Cu(acac)2 were used as metal precursors. The alloys were prepared in a varying metal component proportions. Reactions were carried out at 230 °C under inert atmosphere. Prepared nanoparticles were characterized by dynamic light scattering, small angle X-ray scattering and transmission electron microscopy to determine their size, shape and width of the particle size distribution. The elementary composition was analyzed using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The presence of surface plasmon resonance was detected by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. Powder X-ray diffraction was used to detect crystalline phase of prepared nanoalloys. The results of both methods were appropriately compared. |
