| Popis | The paper concerns about prejudice of a judge against parties to a dispute based on gender, race, ethnicity or sexual orientation as an extralegal influence that effects judge’s decision-making. The paper analyses selected case-law of foreign courts, European Court of Human Rights or also cases from the Czech Republic. The paper also deals with different means that can eliminate the influence of the prejudices on decision-making, especially recusal of the judge. |
