| Popis | A new method of spectral fitting is presented, where population of each state is treated independently. An example evaluation of OH (A-X) spectrum obtained in a microwave plasma jet at atmospheric pressure is presented. Two vibrational bands (0,0) and (1,1) are present in the emission. It appears that each vibrational state has a different rotational temperature. |
