| Popis | This paper deals with the contemporary issue of financing territorial self-governing units and the functioning of the municipal financial system in the Czech Republic. Attention focuses on legislation of the budgetary process in the framework of economic management of municipalities and regions, especially on its individual stages. It also examines long-term planning, special purpose use of funds, funding for economic management and financial control. |
