| Popis | As of 27.05.2019, the ASF (Financial Market Stability Committee) published a recommendation that BaFin increase the countercyclical capital buffer (CCyB) from 0.00% to 0.25% for the first time since its introduction. This paper acknowledges this recommendation and analyzes consequences for banking practice. |
