Popis | In this paper I experimentally approach the following question: do strict negative concord languages like Czech employ two strategies (syntactic and semantic) to encode negative dependency between a verb and its argument(s) or not? And the answer is: beside the default syntactic strategy (n-words), there is a class of negative dependent expressions which are licensed by semantic rules. |
