| Popis | Pulmonary Langerhans cell histiiocystosis is a rare discorder that occurs minly in young smokers. i is characterized by proliferation and infiltration of Langerhans cells in the lungs. The etiology is unknown, but in some cases, mutations i the BRAF or NRAS, KRAS and MAP2K1 genes may be found. The disease may resolve spntaneusly or require systemic corticosteroid or cytostatic druh therapy. The authors present their experience with the disease and also provide X-ray documentation. |
