| Popis | Optimum conditions for the determination of type I, II, and III iodothyronine deiodinase activities in microsomal fraction of different rat and human tissues were elaborated. They included the concentrations of substrates and thiol cofactor, the amount of total protein and enzyme concentration in the incubation mixture, and appropriate incubation times. |
