| Popis | We protect cultural heritage in the public interest. In order for this interest to be fulfilled, the public must be given access to protected goods. Access to cultural heritage is therefore one of the fundamental rights. The aim of the paper is to examine how access should be granted and how it is actually granted. Attention will be paid to access to archaeological finds, as a specific group of cultural heritage, in the Czech Republic in comparison with other selected countries. The issues of ownership, place of storage, care of the finds and the actual practical access of the public will be reflected. |
