| Popis | Organisation of a double section: Balancing the rope of conflict I.+II. Peace-shaping and war-boosting strategies in long term controversies of latter Luxemburg Central Europe (ca. 1378-1437) Section I focuses on the methodological approach to perpetuated conflicts in the Late Middle Ages. Section II is dedicated to comparative case studies from a wider central European area - the Swiss Confederation, Northern Italy, Hungary, and Poland. The list of agents includes king Wenceslas IV and Sigismund of Luxemburg as well as the city states of Switzerland, the dukes of Mantua, Hungarian noblemen, or players from the Teutonic order. |
