| Popis | On April 17, 2023, the two-panel plenary event of the ‘Talking Courts’ initiative was hosted by the Department of Political Science of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Arts, in collaboration with several Talking Court project partners including the J. William Fulbright Commission for Educational Exchange in the Slovak Republic and O.P. Jindal Global University, Jindal Global Law School. The event brought together a distinguished group of speakers and participants around the table, from academia, state institutions (notably apex courts and public institutions dedicated to fundamental rights protection and monitoring), and domestic and international non-governmental organizations. |
