| Popis | This study presents the current state-of-the-art of geomagnetic prospection as applied to rescue archaeology in the Czech and Slovak Republic by examining several large-scale magnetometry surveys conducted in recent years. The paper highlights the advantages and limitations of these surveys and emphasises the importance of cooperation between cultural heritage management bodies and investors in realising the full potential of archaeogeophysical prospection. |
