| Popis | The paper focused on the issue of assessing the state of the rule of law in the Member States of the European Union. It focused on the various mechanisms and instruments used by the European Union to assess the state of the rule of law in quantitative and qualitative terms. In particular, the EU Justice Scoreboard and the EU Rule of Law Review Mechanism were critically evaluated. |
