| Popis | The event was designed for students/postdocs/staff who wanted to learn about the principles of light microscopy. During the course participants learned the basics of image formation, the basic rules and laws applied in light microscopy, what are the basic parts of a light microscope and how to properly obtain an image using a wide-field or confocal microscope. The last section was devoted to the basics of image processing and analysis, where participants were learned how to properly edit and analyze images using various software packages. |
