| Popis | The presented exercise book was created as a teaching aid and supplementary material for Ukrainian healthcare workers studying Czech as a foreign language. Individual exercises are focused on the use of Latinisms and Greekisms appearing in Czech medical terminology, which not only doctors, but also other healthcare workers encounter every day. Attention is focused on the declension of these nouns in sentences, i.e. in context. Students have the opportunity to repeat and practice the material that is discussed in the Czech language courses for health workers at the Institute of Postgraduate Education, especially in connection with the course and textbook level B2-1, chapter one - Cardiac patient. The main goal, which was emphasized when creating the content of the exercise book, is to provide study support to students of Czech as a foreign language and to gain confidence in the active use of medical terminology in everyday practice. |
