Popis We are writing to provide a comprehensive analysis and commentary on four recent critiques of our review article titled ‘Effects of Virtual Reality-based Cognitive Interventions on Cognitive Function and Activity of Daily Living among Stroke Patients: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis’ by Rose Sin Yi et al.. These commentaries shed light on both the potential and the limitations of VR-based cognitive interventions in stroke rehabilitation. Our editorial aims to synthesize these discussions and comment on balancing the complicated and diversified nature of VR that simulates real-world/imaginary environments and the expectations from researchers regarding standardization and highlighting the potential of VR in improving cognitive performance among stroke patients.
