| Popis | The lecture aimed to discuss the role of process evaluation in the evaluation agenda. It is very challenging to understand why policies produce certain effects. We showed how interview-based evaluations can help to understand the implementation and some effects of policies. We discussed evaluation methodology, data, and the utility of results. We focused on the concern that policies do not reflect the needs and aspirations of people, using a universal rather than tailored approach to clients. |
