• Popis: This monograph represents a survey of Central European aquatic Stratiomyidae. Morphology, biology and distribution of immature stages and adults living in aquatic ecosystems are given for each species. Identification keys are provided for larvae and adults of all subfamilies, genera and species, all diagnostic characters are illustrated.
