Popis | The morphology and lenth of extraradical mycelia of AMF fungus Glomus mosseae asociated with maize and cultivated under 5, 1, 0.1, 0.01 and 0.001 mM of phosphorus within nutrient media was assessed. The inserted membrane technique was used for mycelia extraction. The hyphal lenth decreased significantly with enhanced P concentration (1 and 5 mM P). The measurement of hyphal diameters showed that the finest hyphae (diameter approx. 1.5 micrometers) form a majority of extraradical mycelial network. |
