Popis | The study of orchid mycorrhiza functioning needs in many cases presence of non-mycorrhizal or semi-mycorrhizal control plants. We evaluated the effect of three fungicides, benomyl, thiabendazol and propamocarb hydrochloride, on mycorrhizal extraradical mycelium (ERM) spreading and viability. Benomyl reduced the ERM spreading, but did not decrease the ERM viability. Thiabendazol reduced both the ERM spreading and viability. Propamocarb hydrochloride did not affect the ERM in comparison with control treatment. Thus, both bendimidazol-based fungicides are suitable for creation of control, semimycorrhizal plants. |
