Popis | Actinomycosis is a granulomatous suppurative bacterial disease caused by anaerobic actinomyces, that is presented primarily as the cervico-facial, thoracic, abdominal or pelvic form. Primary cutaneous actinomycosis is very rare and it’s usually associated with external trauma and/or local ischemia. We report two cases of a primary cutaneous actinomycosis of the hand in patients with similar history and clinical presentation. In the first case, there is 81-year-old man with postraumatical lesion on the dorsal part of the right hand. This second patient, 51-year-old man had pustular lesion in the same area in which previous systeme therapy by amoxicillin and itraconazol failed. In both cases the diagnosis was established in culture and microscopy. Both patients were treated systemically by clindamycine and lesions completely heald. |
