| Popis | In developed countries increase the number of people above 65 years of age. In older age increase the value of systolic blood pressure. Older peaple with hypertension more commonly become the cardiovascular disaeses. Treatment of hypertension can enhance the risc of cardiovascular diseases. Currently in first line of treatment are calcium channel blockers, diuretics, angiotensin-convertase inhibitors and sartans. |
