| Popis | We present a synthesis of new derivatives of PAHs that are coupled together with functionalized five-membered cyclic nitrones via a C=C spacer. Synthetic protocol is based on our experience in the allenyloxime chemistry. We examined the effect on calculated DNA intercalation parameters that reflected the interaction of the functionalized nitrone moiety with DNA backbone. |
