• Popis: The article is focused on the desription of the international project. The concepts and context of the project Empowering the Professionalization of Nurses through Mentorship (EmpNURS) is empowerment. It refers to the positive conception and experience of one’s capability to cope with different kind of challenges. Special attention will be focused on the relationships and clinical environments evaluation.
