University measures taken regarding COVID-19
- MU is operating following the university traffic-light system. The risk assessment level is currently WHITE. It is not compulsory to wear respirators in all MU buildings.

MU is operating following the university traffic-light system. The university currently has a “WHITE LIGHT” rating, determined by the MU Crisis Board. University faculties, institutes, and offices may declare a higher alert level than the university-wide level or introduce stricter rules than elsewhere at the university. Follow the websites of individual faculties and the colour-coded signs hanging on the exteriors of MU buildings.

MU and DigiUni appear in European Parliament video clip
Masaryk University and its efforts to help Ukraine have attracted the attention of the European Parliament. The EP featured the DigiUni project in its three-and-a-half minute video, choosing it among many other projects from across Europe that promote the EU-Ukraine partnership.

MU awarded the best pictures from placements abroad and in Brno
This year, Masaryk University once again held a competition for the best photo from foreign studies with the motto "You won't experience this in Brno". A new photo contest for foreign students on the topic "Only in Brno" has been added. The six winning images come from the cameras of students of three faculties and from the summer school.

Minister of Science praised MU’s dynamism and future plans
During his visit to MU on Monday, Marek Ženíšek, the Czech Minister of Science, Research and Innovation, toured the unique facilities of the Simulation Centre (SIMU) on the Bohunice University Campus and the Cybernetic Proving Ground (KYPO) at the Faculty of Informatics.

Visiting professors lecture future lawyers
Four experts from leading American universities have joined the teaching staff at the Faculty of Law. Founded over ten years ago, the visiting professor programme is an opportunity for law students to learn about other legal systems and the recent trends, as well as to compare various approaches to legal issues.
